Below is a series of post-operative instructions pamphlets that contain useful information for patients who have undergone some of the commonly performed endocrine surgery procedures. Mr Grodski recommends performing gentle neck exercises (performed both before and after surgery) for patients undergoing thyroid and parathyroid surgery. Additionally a copy of Mr Grodskis protocol for weaning calcium supplements after total thyroidectomy is available, this is generally sent to your doctor on discharge from hospital after surgery
